A new Vogue Business report reveals a disappointing truth: size inclusivity is actually shrinking on the runways. Across all the major fashion weeks, the percentage of plus-size models (US 14+) actually dropped! It’s a tiny number to begin with (only 0.8%), and it’s getting even smaller. Same story for mid-size models (US 6-12) – a slight decrease from last season.

The worst part? Some brands who experimented with more inclusive casting last time are now back to using mostly straight-size models (US 0-4). It’s like we took two steps forward and then three steps back.
